I strongly believe that one of a comedian’s most powerful skills is to be able to talk about any touchy, risky, adult or “taboo” topic without actually saying a single word associated with that topic.
In my opinion, this ability gives a comedian an extreme level of freedom of expression on stage.
There’s no “plug and play” way to do this.
It’s all based on a comedian’s sense of humor and perspective, along with their ability to “craft” and express what they have to say in such a way that the audience can immediately and easily “fill in the gaps” about what a comedian is saying.
