What Are Some Legitimate Ways To Easily Make Money Online?

Here is a question that I found online about making money online:

“I’m looking for some legitimate ways to make money online. I really want to be able to make some money from home to help me with the state of the economy. Please let me know of some legitimate ways to make money online without having to pay anything. I am also not looking for anything that is a scam because that seems to be all that I can find online these times. Please let me know of some websites that any of you have tried and are known to easily work. Thanks in advance and your help would be greatly appreciated.”

What was more interesting to me was the comments provided as answers to this question, which consisted mostly of comments about how most make money online methods are scams. Let me say this…

Just like in any field or industry, there are scams and I suspect that there always will be.

But here are the real issues that I saw…

There is a HUGE different between an online job (actual employment) and running an online business. Where I have real issues is when a website promotes what appears to be a “job” working for a legitimate company that is actually self employment in an online business.

I also want to hit on this term “easy”.  When it comes to making money online, “easy” is a term relative to your Internet skillset and ability to understand how income is generated online.

Owning an operating an online business that actually generates an income requires daily work, commitment and drive even if you are using a free online platform like Squidoo or Hub Pages.

I don’t know of any resources to get an Internet “job”. That’s not what this blog is about. Nor will I tell you that you can push some magic button everyday and money pours from the sky. It just doesn’t work that way. Not in real life. I don’t care what anybody’s website says.

The most important thing you can do is to figure out if you want a “job” or an online business and go from there. You should NEVER have to pay anything for a online “job”. That should be your first clue that it is a scam.

If you are going to start making money online as an independent business owner, you had better be prepared to build your business and not expect “mountains of cash” in minutes.
