I need to speak to more audiences. I’m in Toastmasters and the audience is almost always quite a bit older than I am. Toastmasters are an easy audience anyway, but add to that the fact that I’m young and they give me an even easier time. I’m pretty sure that if I was older, I would not get the good reactions I get. I need to beef up my material (and stop trusting my friendly audiences as much).
